A special meeting will be conducted by the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners on: 

March 6th, 2018 10:00 A.M. 

in the Commissioners’ Board room at the Lincoln County Courthouse (319 N. Rebecca St, Ivanhoe, MN).

The purpose of the meeting is as follows:

To obtain input from other local units of government and from the public in order to formulate a program for the utilization of available Federal, State, and Local funds for road improvements and bridge replacements.

Local units of government and the general public are encouraged to attend and furnish input into these programs.

We have maintenance shops located in Hendricks, Ivanhoe, Lake Benton and Tyler.

What We Do



Forms & Permits



The Lincoln County Highway Department is responsible for making the roadways in Lincoln County safe for the traveling public. Through daily maintenance, design and highway construction the Lincoln County Highway Department is maximizing your gas tax dollars.


Plans and Proposals will now be available free of charge by downloading Plan and Proposal PDF files from this website. Proposals downloaded from this website will not have the Schedule of Prices sheets or Back Sheet included, but you may request this information using the form below. 

If desired, Bidder may obtain a printed copy of the Plans and Proposal for the amount listed in the advertisement by contacting the Lincoln County Highway Department at highway@co.lincoln.mn.us.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you are a Bidder who chooses to download bidding documents from this website, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to complete the information in the PDF file and send it to the Lincoln County Highway Department. After this information is received by Lincoln County, the Schedule of Prices sheets and Back Sheet will be emailed to you for bidding purposes. You will also receive any Addendums that may be issued on the Project. When submitting a sealed bid, the complete Proposal, along with the Schedule of Prices sheets and Back Sheet, must be submitted.
