What We Do |
The
Court Administrator provides staff support for a full range of court
operations for the District Court. The department is responsible for
processing and management of all records and files of the court as
providing services to the public, other county offices, and the
judiciary. The department is also responsible for processing and
calendaring Civil, Family, Probate, Traffic/Criminal, Juvenile, and
Conciliation (Small Claims) cases through the court system. Court
Administration is also responsible for the collection and disbursement
of fines, fees, and restitution, and safeguarding all court ordered
trusts.
You now
have the options of paying your fine by phone, web or mail. If you pay
by IVR/IWR there is a convenience fee of $1.50. Questions and payments
regarding traffic tickets should be directed to the MN Court Payment
Center at 1.800-657-3611 (if calling from outside the metro area) or
651-281-3219 (if calling from area code 612, 651, 763, or 952).
Alternatively, you may visit the MN Court Payment Center web site at
www.mncourts.gov.
Some
citations require a court appearance. You should contact the Court
